Synopsis van Battle for Haditha
Battle for Haditha es un drama bélico dirigido por Nick Broomfield que investiga la masacre de 24 hombres, mujeres y niños en Haditha, Irak, presuntamente a manos de marines estadounidenses en represalia por un atentado con bomba. Rodada con un estilo casi documental y utilizando a ex-marines y refugiados iraquíes reales, la cinta destaca por su realismo y crudeza. Fue galardonada en el Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián y es reconocida por su enfoque humano y crítico sobre las consecuencias de la guerra en la población civil y los combatientes.
