Synopsis van CLAVES DE LA PRODUCCION LITERARIA DE LOS BEATLES Y SU INFLUE

Se analiza la producción literaria de los Beatles en el contexto del panorama literario-cultural en la Gran Bretaña de las décadas de los sesenta y setenta del siglo veinte: las letras de Lennon-McCartney y Harrison, (auto)biografías, colecciones de poemas y dibujos de Lennon, cuentos infantiles de McCartney, sus prólogos, la (r)evolución hacia el vanguardismo, la complejidad poética que lleva a la introspección, la influencia de las drogas y distintas ideologías políticas, una nueva y desinhibida visión del sexo, del amor universal y las manifestaciones pacifistas, el movimiento hippy, la espiritualidad hindú, la sátira y la deformidad física como representaciones de la salud mental, la Beatlemania, la cultura ye-yé, la influencia de la literatura inglesa en el pensamiento y textos de los Beatles y la ejercida por estos en la literatura y el cine, tanto en lengua inglesa como en otras lenguas.The Beatles' literary output is analysed in the context of the literary-cultural landscape in Britain in the 1960s and 1970s: Lennon-McCartney and Harrison's lyrics, (auto)biographies, Lennon's collections of poems and drawings, McCartney's children's stories, his prologues, the (r)evolution towards avant-gardism, poetic complexity leading to introspection, the influence of drugs and different political ideologies, a new and uninhibited vision of sex, universal love and pacifist manifestations, the hippy movement and Hindu spiritualism, satire and physical deformity as representations of mental health, the Beatlemania, ye-ye culture, the influence of English literature on the thought and texts of the Beatles and the influence of the Beatles on literature and cinema, both in English and in other languages.
